We use 2 methods for shipping, Vietnam Post and UPS
Within Vietnam, shipping is free for all products, this service is provided by Vietnam Post. The goods will be delivered to a depot in your nearest city and you will be notified when they are ready for collection
For International shipping you can choose either Airmail (Vietnam Post) or UPS delivery. All rates are calculated by weight, and the UPS rates are automatically updated in realtime to offer you the best possible delivery
International Delivery by air normally takes 3-4 weeks from when the items are shipped from Vietnam, however due to extra security measures put in place due to Covid-19, all deliveries from all services originating in Vietnam will take a minimum 4-5 weeks for delivery. You will be updated as the order is fulfilled and sent, using email. The goods can be tracked using a tracking code if necessary (just let us know if you'd like your tracking number) but is not normally required as we have found both services (Vietnam Post and UPS) to be very reliable.
Upon arrival at your destination, if the goods are not collected they will be held within your city for 1-2 weeks depending on the regulations of your country, and you will be sent a notification for collection. If the goods are not picked up by the customer, the cost of goods will be refunded to you electronically.
If you find the goods have been damaged in transit, are substantially different from what you were expecting, or are not of acceptable quality, they may be returned for a full refund. In this scenario, the customer must provide us with photographic evidence of the flaws and pay for the return of the product within 1 week of receiving the item. When the product is returned to Vietnam, a refund will be transferred electronically
If the address provided is incorrect, the goods will be returned to Hoi An Online and the customer will need to provide an accurate address and pay for the shipping again to receive the products

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest gram
